I like the texture of the brickwork and the unfinished/deteriorating paint job. The entire structure looks so much like the old factories we have in the northern parts of Hamilton, ON.
I’m not sure what this building was originally but I’ve always liked the looks of it. Real estate values being what they are in Southern Cal I’m surprised it hasn’t been either torn down or retrofitted.
