Thought I’d pop in and wish you all a very belated Happy New Year before January gets away from me and we’re celebrating Cupid and, in America at least, a vague holiday dedicated to no U.S. president in particular. It’s been non-stop activity for me this month but I did manage to take a spontaneous drive down to the desert today and it did me a world of good to just poke around and take a few photos, something I hadn’t done in a while. Unusual plant life, decay and dilapidation, and lots of rusty junk…I was definitely in my happy zone. I’ll post more shots over the next several days. Until then, sweet dreams, peeps!
